1946: Wine, Beer + Small Plates is proud to represent and honor the history of our historic building. Originally a Gulf gas station, the building was built in 1946 within the historic district of Downtown Brooksville.
Paying homage to what’s been, 1946 features many historic artifacts and references. Our die cast “GULF” letters on the side of the building are the original letters from the building in 1946. The exterior stone is the original stone from the construction, and we feature many pictures of downtown history through the interior.
Located at the corner of Brooksville Ave and Broad St along a cobblestone road, 1946 looks to bring a unique, fresh take on the past.
We have the largest beer selection in Hernando County (62 beers) and feature an eclectic wine menu while offering small plates, charcuterie and a variety of flatbreads.
